Subscription orders
Subscription orders generate automatically every 3 months from the date when you placed your initial order and are typically fulfilled within 24 hours. You will receive a reminder email at least three days before your next subscription order is set to populate should you wish to log in and make any last minute changes. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within an estimated 14 business days after you receive your shipping notification email. (Business days include Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays).
Please note that we cannot cancel or edit a subscription order once an order has generated.

Please note that the timelines are subject to change. If we expect these delivery estimates to be longer than normal, we will provide notice at the top of our store page or in your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.
If you do not receive an expected order, please contact us with your current address within 30 days from the date of shipment. After 30 days, we cannot reship or refund an order that is shown as delivered.
While we provide all required customs information on our shipping forms, your order may be subject to customs and VAT charges outside of our control.
Please be aware that quip cannot be held liable for additional charges accrued by your local customs or postal service. If you have any concerns, we would recommend checking your local regulations.
International delivery times may vary from country to country, so we are unable to guarantee, control, or affect these estimates once your package reaches the destination country. Most, but not all, countries continue to track packages beyond landing. Please contact your local provider or carrier for more information.
Additionally, Canadian customers may see additional duties owed at the time of parcel collection on warranty replacement orders.
